New Functionality

• Compose Case Management now supports the SCIM protocol. Users can now be automatically onboarded through the SCIM API, allowing seamless user management in CCM without manual intervention, including:

  • Optional automatic user creation in the Azure tenant connected to CCM.

  • Creating a user in CCM via SCIM API, with association to workflow, role, and user group

  • Editing a user in CCM via SCIM API, maintaining association to workflow, role, and user group.

• User groups can now be created through an API, especially targeted for use in Compose Enterprise workflows.

Bug fixes

• A performance issue where the case table experienced degradation when loading a large number of case records is now resolved.

• A bug where selected workflows and case configurations experienced delays when loading for multi-workflow user groups is now resolved.

• An issue in which deleted linked cases could appear multiple times as duplicate entries in the Linked Case section is now resolved.
