Unique ID

The Unique ID activity is located under Data Delivery in the workflow Activities panel in the Workflow Builder. Drag and drop the activity to the canvas and select it to reveal the Properties - Unique ID panel on the right. The Unique ID activity can be used to associate unique IDs to specific workflow sessions. To learn how to create and use a unique ID, take a look at the ID Generation (Unique ID activity) user guide.

Name | The Name is used as an activity label while building the workflow, but is not shown in respondent view. It is used as a placeholder when incorporating the ID into filename titles, generated XMLs etc. |
Mount Point | Displays the mount point of the connected unique ID element from the repository. Press Browse to select the unique ID you wish to connect. Note: To run a workflow with a Unique ID activity, the connected ID generator must be started. |
