End Point

End Point

Compose Enterprise is going through a design update. The illustrations on this page might be of the old design, but the information is up to date. Thank you for your patience during this update!

The End Point can be found under Connections in the workflow builder Activities panel. Add the End Point to the canvas by drag and drop. Select the end point to have its' properties panel appear on the right.

The end point will define the end to your workflow. When the workflow reaches the end point, the live session will be closed. The following properties define the end page the end-user interacts with.

Properties - End point

Name

Convenient name for the workflow designer. Name is not shown anywhere for end-user and is only used while building the workflow.

Send end-user to URL & Redirect variables

This is the URL the end-user will be sent to at the end of the workflow. If left blank, the end-user will see a default end page, which can be customized with a Goodbye Text. Define variables which can be used in the redirection URL: Redirect users to URLs with variables

Goodbye Text (Only shown if the user is not redirected)

As explained in the parentheses, this message is shown at an end page if you don’t use the re-direction URL in the Send respondent user to URL property.

Enable bottleneck detection in this activity

If the Bottleneck detection option is enabled in the previous Start Point or Pause Point, bottleneck detection can be enabled for this activity. User guide is on the way.

OIDC Session logout

If the user authenticated themselves with OIDC (ID-Porten/BankID), the user will be logged out if this property is checked

Publish State & State settings

Check this box if you aim to publish metadata to a Compose Case Management system. See the Publish session … properties in the Workflow Builder – Settings documentation to see how to connect the generic service that defines the publishing of metadata.

Case State

If Compose Case Management is used in the workflow, you may choose which state the case is in when reaching the end point.

State - Metadata

Define which case metadata you’d like to publish to the Compose Case Management solution for this case state.
